Cacy S Leaves Jimmy G? - Part I
A couple of spotty comments left around the interwebz suggest that Cacy Savala, female vocalist for Jimmy Gonzalez y Grupo Mazz, has left the group. There have also been a few reports of her stage absence from the TTMA awards.
Although not much more is known with this situation, we don’t suspect foul play between Jimmy, the band, or Cacy. Then again, anything is possible. Stay tuned for part two.

On Friday night the guys from Avance seen Casey and asked if they could interview her for the VyA Tejanocast and she told they “You know I’m not with Jimmy anymore….. right?” then she said she would be back the next day for the interview………… and we never seen her again

Well….it was just a matter of time. To me it seems that Jimmy is the steppin stone for a female singer, like David Lee is a steppin stone for male singers. But you have to look at how long it took for Rebecca Valadez to really get some decent airplay as a solo artist. One thing for sure, she is goin to have to come out strong right out of the starting blocks to keep fresh in everyone’s mind of who she is. She has those grammy’s……..but not as a solo artist.

i didnt see her at fan fair. I went up to the stage and then went backstage cause i wanted a pic with her and nothing. I was so diappointed.

word is jimmy said something to her at Grahams in SA and she didnt think it was cool and walked off the stage and still hasnt come back to him yet…..
