Eddie Alert: Stolen Equipment and Instruments

Eddie Jimenez, of Da Krazy Pimpz, wrote that this past Saturday (July 21, 2007) their equipment was stolen after playing in San Juan (Pharr), TX in the Rio Grande Valley.

After the show, DKP went to their hotel room to sleep. They DID double check the locks on their Pimp Van. When they woke up in the morning and opened the back doors and the trailer, the following were missing: 2 Dino Baffetti customized accordions, a saxophone, a bass guitar, a mixer, 10 lights, 5 mic stands, a whole drum set, 40 DKP T-Shirts, 30 CDs, 2 wireless mic systems, and a whole rack of equalizers and compressors.

Raza, te voy a decir una cosa: this is a horrible thing and one of the worst things a musician and a band can experience.

Eddie states that the only thing we can help him find are his accordions because of their unique design (See Pictures Below). One is black and says “Los Garcia Bros., Eddie, and Dino Baffetti.” The other one is white, says “Vatos Locos, Eddie, and Dino Baffetti.”

There is a reward for anyone who can tip info if they’ve seen this equipment or know who has it.

If you do have information on this equipment or Eddie’s accordions, you can call Da Krazy Pimpz at 830-968-7056 or email them at dakrazypimpz@yahoo.com

To the wankers who pulled this job: we’re looking for you. You’d be wise to return the equipment.
