Bloody Dealz: $340 Panther Accordion

Yep. You heard right folks. Less than $350 for a Hohner Panther Accordion, BRAND NEW.
I wish I would have seen this before I bought mine ($395). This black beauty is $319 plus $19.95 S&H. Where do you buy it at? At the E-Bay store called “Guitar Audio.” How do you get there? By clicking HERE.
I know many of you are very skeptical towards buying things on E-Bay, let alone online altogether. E-Bay is not scary, especially when you’re buying from an E-Bay Store. I’ve never had a bad experience; if I could buy my groceries online, I probably would.
Anywho, If I were you, I would go buy that Panther right now. Where else can you find a deal like that?

this might piss people off but i REALLY could care less!!! panthers SUCK, suck suck suck. the sound quality on those things is minimal and filthy. now b4 your panties get all tied up, listen to this. the reason i say this is because if your into pro recording like me, youll understand why. trying to adjust your mic settings and pickup volumes to get any decent sound is just to difficult. the accordion setting on my korg synthesizer is better than that p.o.s. its desighn is based on a corona 2 but its reeds arae just a little bit cheaper. despite whatever the dealer tells you, its NOT “the same thing as a honer corona 2.” 4 a faithfull sound you need a canta bella or the less popular moterrey accordion. believe it or not rossettie accordions beat panther accordions by a mile in sound quality. if u dont believe me then record your squeeze box on pro tools or cubase programs and see how much eq u have to put on that black bastard and how much natural reverb you get on your comparisons. $319 f*@k that, you can buy a rossettie for way less and its a better product. no offense to those who already own a panther. you cant blame those who are misinformed. but now the light has been shined upon you….ha ha

i beg to differ……..i’ve recorded with a panther before. and they ARE the same as a Corona II on the inside. Same action on the buttons too. I’ve used one personally and had an accordion tuner look at one to make sure. Perhaps you didn’t use a tuned Panther? They don’t suck at all.

ok, well i will take it back to roy galvan, and see if its tuned, that could be my mistake. but to a naked ear the 2 are the same. the engineer in the studio his is a 30 year recording veteran for one of the top latin recording co’s pointed this out to me. its not as crisp and clean as its counter parts are. even the wood used to make it has flaws. its not like ash wood used in coronas.acusticly and playing live it does not make a difference. its only the reverb quality and the unfiltered noise made during the recordings that i make this stand. but when it comes to accordion brands and users this type of conversation will never have an end until some one makes an immaculate accordion.

roy galvan….i think you mean ruben. i dont use him btw. anyway, perhaps they vary by box then…..i still use ‘em. no problem. from beginner to advanced. 30 years blah blah blah blah blah. top latin recording company. blah blab blah. everyone’s got their own onda. some things workout for some, some for others. in my case, it works.

i meant the store (building ) not the actual dude. i got more info on my acc’s. the tuner repair man said it depends on the plant that made the panther there are 2. in east and south germany. for a while the smaller east one used a different wood and reeds in 06. SO IN THIS CASE WERE BOTH RIGHT. i happened to buy a shitty one. so did a bunch of other people. its tuned but it still has pussy ass reeds. and crappy wood. but yes like vince said….everyone gots their own onda.
