We have just learned that Boni Mauricio y Los Maximos will be recording their recently announced No Holds Barred CD at Houston’s favourite Tejano club, Hallabaloo’s.

“It was unanimous, everyone voted for Houston, and for Hallabaloo’s.  Houston is my second home,” says Boni when asked about the CD.  He also stated that they were going to start recording in February 2008, but won’t release the CD till a few months later due to the release of his recent album, “El Asesino.”

Since the CD is a no holds barred type of deal, there will be all sorts of explicit content suitable for mature audiences only.  No, we’re not talking about strippers hanging from the sides and Anna Nicole Smith on the front cover.  There will be lots of adult language in the mix.  What does that mean?  This means that little Juanito should not be listening to it.  On El Asesino, you can already hear some of this stuff.

We can’t wait for this CD to hit the market next year.   It will definately make a different impact on the industry.
