DIY: Tejanos in Wikipedia!

When you take a look at Wikipedia, you can find all sorts of great stuff.  Many educational authorities have an incredulous attitude when you mention that word to them.

You can look up nearly anything from the Chupacabra to  Cantinflas (don’t ask why I chose those two).  While searching, however, I was unable to find legendary musicians in our industry that deserve credit.  Try searching for Tony de la Rosa and you’ll end up with nothing.

What is my point?  If you have credible information or work with a musician or band who you believe deserves credit, why not post about them on Wikipedia.  There are many people that would dig this kind of info.  I think it would make for a great weekend project.

I know what you’re saying: “Well why don’t you do it.”
