Boni Mauricio Releasing Next CD Summer 2007
A few weeks ago, Boni Mauricio announced that his new CD would be released this summer.
No later than today (6/17/2007), he announced on the Domingo Live show that his CD will be out in approximately four weeks.
For those of you that don’t know Boni, he has been in the conjunto scene in South Texas for a very long time. In the last few years, he has recorded many CDs under the Hacienda Records label. Boni’s style is very progressive, very refined, and his vocals are very strong.
If you want to know what true South Texas Progressive Conjunto is, listen to Boni Mauricio y Los Maximos. It’ll put some hair on your chest (even if you’re a lady hahahahahahaha).
Keep checking this post for updates on the CD, and expect a review as well.
