Boni Mauricio Hospitalized After Mild Heart Attack
It has been discovered that legendary conjunto accordionist Boni Mauricio was hospitalized last week after suffering a mild heart attack.
He was admitted last Sunday at a local hospital here in Corpus, and released on Monday. Any shows he had in the last few days had to be canceled due to the state of his health. This should not affect the release date of his upcoming CD. It won’t be too long, though, before we see him on stage again.
