About the Bloodline

the Bloodline (”the” is purposely left in lowercase — duh) is an independant weblog pertaining to news in the tejano, norteño, and conjunto communities specifically in Texas.

This blog is owned by Winterbourne Media and operated by Vincent Winterbourne.

the Bloodline is aimed at (but not limited to) promoting events and bands around Texas in the three specific genres listed above. tBL also writes opinionated articles, reviews on CDs, and does band interviews. Any band is welcome to be featured whether you are local or mainstream.
